As we have moved to a new school building, we had some problems with an appropriate seminar hall.
We had to use our technology lab although it’s a little bit small in audience capacity. We solved this problem with calling the responsible students from each class and making them share all the information/photos and videos with their classmates.
Participant students and teachers shared their experiences about the meetings.
Mr. Davut BELİKTAY, Director ofMardin Provincial Tourism and Culture, gave information about the importance of our natural and patrimony heritage and how to protect them.
Chairman of Mardin TEMA Foundation Mr. Kemal AKTÜRK and his colleague warned the students…
TEMA is the Turkish foundation for combating soil erosion, for reforestation and the protection of natural habitats.
And we listened to a short concert…
Last but not least…
By this meeting not only our students are motivated to take action but also our project details impressed the local media and hence the community.
